It was a great pleasure to interview experts in Italy, write the text , test the recipes and style and shoot some of the photography for this beautiful cookbook featuring a lifetime of recipes from Chef John Coletta. Risotto & Beyond, published by Rizzoli, won 1st place in the Italian category, Gourmand International Cookbook Awards.
